Pricing Questions

Pause Mode lets you pause your monthly subscription whenever you need a break. While paused you pay nothing. Your account stays active, all your settings are saved, and you resume with a single click whenever you are ready. There is no cancellation, no re-signup, and no fees of any kind while paused. To pause, go to mittencamper.com/account/ and click "View My Alerts," then hit Pause on any alert. Spark and Blaze members can also manage billing from "Manage Subscription" on the same page. If you're on the free plan, there's no subscription to pause — use "View My Alerts" to pause or cancel your free alert directly. Many members stay active year-round to catch early booking windows — Michigan's 6-month reservation windows mean the best sites get claimed in the dead of winter.
Yes. You can upgrade from Spark to Blaze or downgrade from Blaze to Spark anytime from your account settings. Upgrades take effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Yes — your monthly subscription continues regardless of whether your alert triggered or not. The subscription is for access to the continuous scanning service, not per alert sent. Use Pause Mode to stop billing at zero cost whenever you need a break.
Yes, cancel anytime from your account settings with no penalty and no questions asked. Your active alerts remain running through the end of your current billing period. Consider using Pause Mode instead of cancelling if you plan to camp again — you keep your account and settings at no cost and can resume with one click.
If you are planning one Michigan camping trip and targeting one park Spark is perfect. If you are planning multiple trips, want to watch several parks at once, need Sleeping Bear Dunes or Pictured Rocks via Recreation.gov, or want advanced site filtering like waterfront or ADA, Blaze is worth the extra $5 a month. Most families and serious Michigan campers choose Blaze.
